Publish Datasheets

To publish datasheets:

Select them in the grid and click To External System in the Export section of the List Tools - Datasheets tab. Multiple datasheets can be selected and published.

The datasheets will then be published to the publishing folder along with (optionally) the PDF and XML data files.
If PDF versions of the datasheets are to be generated using a PDF generator other than Excel, this is opened and used to generate the PDFs instead.

Any errors that occur during the publishing process are reported in the Error Summary window.

Click Continue to carry on with the procedure or Cancel to stop it.
