In the case of other of supply without incomers (junction boxes, transformers, UPSs etc.), to assign a wiring rule to a single supply via the Supplies list grid, select the required rule from the drop-down list in the supply’s cell in Wiring Rule Name column:

The list consists of enhanced wiring rules for supplies. The list will not be available for MCCs, Switchboards and Distribution Boards.

To assign a wiring rule to a single supply via its Supply Detail window:

  1. Open the Detail tab. The facilities for assigning wiring rules and creating (and deleting) wiring are in the Wiring Rule section of the tab:

  2. If a rule has already been assigned, its name will be displayed in the Rule name field. A different rule may be assigned by following this procedure. Otherwise the field will be blank.

  3. Click the button next to the Rule name field.

  4. In both cases, the Enhanced Wiring Rule Definitions window is then displayed:

  5. The window lists the Wiring Rules of the selected type which are applicable to the supply or incomer. To view a graphical representation of the rule, click on its name in the list.

  6. To select a rule, double-click on it or click on it and then click Select. The window then closes and the selected rule name is displayed in the Rule name field in the Supply Detail window.
