Edit Items and Cables

To edit items, cables and compartments, proceed as follows.

Edit Items

To edit items, right-click on it and select Edit Info from the menu that is then displayed:

The Equipment Information window for the item is then displayed. Edit the details as required and click OK. Refer to Add Item Symbols to Layout for further information.

Note:
The primary supply and primary tag cannot be edited. The Equipment Information window will display the details of these items, but no changes can be made to them.

Edit Cables

To edit a cable, right-click on it and select Edit Cable from the menu that is then displayed.

The Edit Cable Properties window for the cable is then displayed. Edit the details as required and click OK. Refer to Create Cables for further information.

Edit Compartments

To edit a compartment, right-click on the compartment (not on any compartment elements), and select Edit Detail from the menu that is then displayed. The Compartment Detail window is then displayed. Refer to Assign Compartment Elements to Compartments for further information.
