ETAP Interface

Electrical Engineer provides facilities to import and export details of equipment and cables from and to ETAP.

Note:
If the security facilities provided by the Electrical Security Manager module are enabled for a project, access to all ETAP facilities (configuration, import, export) will be denied to all users by default. Access must be granted to the appropriate users in the Electrical Security Manager module. Refer the Security Manager module documentation for details.

Before items can be imported into Electrical Engineer or exported for ETAP, a setup procedure must be carried out.
