Set AI Reports Password

The AIReports.mdb database file may be password protected to establish an extra layer of project security. When this password is set, queries cannot be accessed in the database unless the password is entered.

Select Project > Set AIReports Password. The Set AIReports Password window is then displayed:

Enter the required password in the New Password field and again the Confirm New Password field, then click OK. If a valid password is entered a message is then displayed confirming that the password has been set.

To change the password, select Project > Set AIReports Password again. The Set AIReports Password window is then displayed as follows:

Enter the current password, the new password, and the new password again to confirm it in the fields provided, and click OK to complete the procedure.
