Panel Board Drawing Template Creation

Panel Board drawing templates are different from other drawing templates.

  • All graphics except the circuit table are static blocks, and therefore will not move.

  • During drawing generation or update, the circuit table is created from data in the database, i.e. that of the selected distribution board.

  • A number of blocks can be edited, but they must use the correct block names. The names are:

    • DB_1PH_LEFT, DB_1PH_RIGHT

    • DB_2PH_LEFT, DB_2PH_RIGHT

    • DB_3PH_LEFT, DB_3PH_RIGHT

    • DB_RESERVEDSPACE_LEFT

    • DB_RESERVEDSPACE_RIGHT

    • DB_Header

    • DB_MainBlock (This includes border)

  • The key block for positioning the circuit table is DB_Header.

  • The point in graphic below is the reference point for all the other blocks that are used to create the circuit table:

  • After the user creates the required blocks and attributes, block attributes are assigned to AVEVA Electrical datalinks using the standard AVEVA Electrical Edit Datalinks window. Refer to Assign Datalinks to Templates and Seed Files for details.

Note:
The Datalinks for dynamic blocks are not given numbers as they are created dynamically during drawing creation.
