Add Equipment to a Wiring Rule

The first step in defining a Wiring Rule is to add the equipment.

To add equipment:

1. Either right-click on the blank drawing canvas and select Add New Equipment, or select the Create New... option from the Equipment menu. The Equipment Information window is then displayed:

   

2. From the Equipment No. list, select either {TAGNO} or {SUPPLYTAGNO} as required.

3. Alternately, enter some other appropriate text in the Equipment No. field, and select an equipment type from the Equipment Type list.

4. Click Save. The equipment is added to the graphical display. For example:

   

5. Repeat the above process until all the required equipment has been added. For example:

   

6. Equipment can be moved around the drawing canvas by clicking on it and dragging it to the required location.
