A graphical view of the data to be imported is also available. Click Graphical View on the Compare and Update page of the Import window to open it.
The Graphic View window is then displayed:

-
The graphical view displays the ETAP data in a diagram similar to that of a distribution diagram.
-
The diagram can be scaled as required using the Scale slider and buttons and the Scale to Fit button. Users can also zoom in and out using the mouse wheel.
-
The different types of item in the view are colour coded, for example, supplies are light blue, loads are pink. The colour coding is explained in the Legend.
-
To view the attributes of equipment or a cable, click the button with the downwards pointing arrow next to its name, or double-click on its title bar. Repeat the process to hide attribute details.
-
The attributes of the item in question are displayed in tabular form. The table shows the differences between AVEVA Electrical data and proposed (imported) ETAP data.
-
Click Expand All to display attribute data for all items. Click Collapse All to hide data for all attributes.
-
An item, whether expanded or not, can be moved around the graphical display by clicking on its black border, and dragging and dropping it to the required position.
-
Groups of items (for example, all those in an MCC) can also be moved collectively in this way.

-
The data is colour coded and can be filtered in the same way as described in Import Window - Compare and Update Page.
Move Compartment Elements to Other Compartments
To move a compartment element to the next compartment, right-click anywhere on it in the graphical view and select the Move to Other Compartment option from the menu that is then displayed.
The element is then moved to the next compartment down. If there is no compartment beneath the current compartment, it will be moved to the first compartment.
As every compartment must include at least one compartment element, the element connected to the busbar cannot be moved. The Move to Other Compartment option will not be available.
