Exit the Rule Design Window

When the user exits the rule design window (for example by clicking Close), the rule is checked for validity. For example, it will check that all equipment is linked by cables, that all cables that should be are grouped together, and so on.
The application will display a message relating to the first problem found. For example:

Click OK. The window will not then exit. The user must resolve the issue and then try to close the window again, repeating the process until the rule is valid and the window exits.
