Unlink

Used to remove the link between objects on the drawing and database items.

To unlink items, select this option, click the objects on the drawing, and then press Enter.

Note:
Objects can also be unlinked and linked using options available on the right-click menu of the Explorer.
Use the View Linked Objects option below to see which drawing objects are linked.

Refresh Attributes

Used to update the attributes of objects on the drawing with the current attributes in the project database. .

Show/Hide Explorer

Used to show and hide the Symbols and Explorer panel.

View Linked Objects

When this option is clicked a new window is opened in which all linked objects are displayed in an orange colour. See View Linked Objects for more details.

View Object Data

This option is used to view object attribute and other data.

Select the option, click the objects on the drawing, and then press Enter. See View Object Data for more details.

Assembly

Used to create assemblies from groups of objects. These are added to the list of Symbols and can then be added to drawings. See Create Assemblies for more details.

Redefine

This option is used after symbols have been edited using the AVEVA Symbol Editor to update all symbols on the drawing with any changes made.

Cloud

Used to add clouds to drawings, highlighting changes made to data since the last drawing issue. See Add Clouds for more details.
