Unassign Wiring Rules and Delete Wiring

To unassign a wiring rule from a load open the Load Detail window for the load and access the Detail tab.

Click Unassign. If the rule was an enhanced wiring rule, the following message such as the following is then displayed:

When a rule is unassigned, any cables or equipment items created when wiring was generated by it may also be deleted. The message lists the cables and the equipment that were created when the wiring rule was applied.

• Click Yes to delete these items, and all associated terminations. Items and terminations that were present before the rule was applied are unaffected.

• Click No to simply remove the link from the rule to these objects.

The rule is then unassigned from the load (the Rule Name field is cleared). Apply or OK must be clicked to save this change.
