Comment on a line chart

To add a comment to a line chart, select the Comment icon 
, then select a point on the map you wish to leave a comment on to open the Add comment dialog.
From here:

Use the Select Tag drop-down menu to confirm the tag you intend to comment on.

Enter your comment text.

Select whether the comment should be visible to only you, or shared with other members of your team.

Optionally, you can link this comment to a specific asset.

Select Save to save the comment.
Once saved, the comment appears on the chart.
Select the comment to view details.
To edit or delete a comment, select the More actions icon 
from the View comment dialog, then select either Edit or Remove.
