Add consequences of failure (optional)

To add consequences of failure

1. Depending on the asset, select Yes, No or Not Analyzed for each category to indicate whether there is a consequence of failure.

   You must specify a consequence for failure for each of the three categories, or skip the Consequences of Failure option.

   

2. Select Next or Summary to go to the Summary page.
