Define location for a user account

To restrict data location for a user when you add or edit an account

1. Add or edit the account.

2. Under This user can view, select a location from the drop-down list.

   

   Note: The locations in the dropdown list include all of the location names you have defined for your team.

3. Select Add (for a new account) or Update (for an existing account).
