1. Creates or associates an existing Asset 1.

2. Maps that Asset 1's Tag 1 to Property 1 of the asset type.

3. Creates or associates an existing Asset 2.

4. Maps Asset 2's Tag 2 to Property 1 of the asset type. However, this tag has no data on record.

5. Creates or associates an existing Asset 3. No tags are mapped to properties for this asset.

These conditions result in:

• No instantiated model being created for Asset 2.

  • Because Tag 1 and Tag 2 are associated with asset type Property 1, AVEVA Insight should use Tag 2 for the instantiated model.

  • However, Tag 2 has no data associated with the tag, so the model creation process will fail.

• No instantiated model being created for Asset 3.

  • AVEVA Insight will not generate instantiated content for assets without tags mapped to properties.
