Create a dashboard

Create dashboards so that you and your team can view related content in one place.

  1. Open the dashboard editor in one of the following ways.

    • Select Create from the navigation rail, and then select Dashboard.

    • Search for saved content from the search bar. Select content from the results, and then select Create Dashboard.

  2. Browse or search for content to add to the dashboard, or create new content.

  3. Arrange content within the canvas and resize content cards.

  4. To modify content card settings, select the Content Settings icon Content Settings icon .

    • Give the content a title that appears on the dashboard. This title is not applied to the source content.

    • To sync the content with the dashboard's universal time control, enable the Use shared time option. For more information, see "Dashboard time control" below.

  5. Save and share your dashboard.

Dashboards include a universal time control that can be applied to multiple content cards. From the time control, select a predefined time or define a custom time. Then, all content cards that have the Use shared time setting enabled show data within the defined time range.

By default, the time control is available only in Edit mode. To make the time control available when not in Edit mode, go to dashboard settings and enable Show time control.
