Manage equipment efficiency for equipment and production lines

You can view and manage equipment efficiency on the Equipment Efficiency page for the equipment and production lines in your locations.

Note: Equipment Efficiency pages have been optimized for systems using a mouse.

To navigate to the Equipment Efficiency page

• Select , and then select Equipment Efficiency.

The Equipment Efficiency page for equipment is shown below. The production line Equipment Efficiency page is shown in Tour the production line Equipment Efficiency page.

Note: If you are a standard user and do not see Equipment Efficiency in the menu, equipment and equipment states have not been set up for your locations. Contact your administrator.

When a piece of equipment is selected in the equipment and production line list in the left panel, information and controls are organized by tabs:

• Utilization Events (see Manage equipment utilization events)

• Production Events (see Manage production runs on equipment)

• OEE Data Properties (see Manage OEE data properties)

When the Production Events and OEE Data Properties tabs are available

• The Production Events tab is available when OEE calculations are enabled for the selected piece of equipment and at least one production disposition reason is defined in the efficiency model. Your administrator is responsible for enabling OEE calculations and adding production disposition reasons.

• The OEE Data Properties tab is available when at least one OEE data property is defined in the efficiency model. Your administrator is responsible for adding OEE data properties.
