Receive event notices from the product

You can configure an endpoint URL that AVEVA Insight can use to post notices about events related to your AVEVA Insight solution.

Note: For now, the only notification will be when a CSV or JSON file fails to upload.

To set an endpoint URL to receive event notifications

1. Select Administration from the navigation rail.

2. Select Integration Settings.

About event notifications

When you receive an event notification, the body of the POST message will be similar to this:

This header will be included with the POST:

Content-type: application/json

Note: If you want to test this functionality, you can use an online HTTP "dump" service, such as RequestBin.
