XY Plot

The XY Plot visual is a scatter chart that lets you see correlations between a single tag (X-Axis) to group of tags (Y-Axis). For example, see the relationship between temperature and pressure.
When selecting tags, only analog tags are available.
Although the chart doesn’t show time, the data points are taken from the same point in time so that you can see correlations. When there is a stored value at a given point in time, the stored value is used. However, when there isn’t a stored value for a given point in time, the value is calculated using the linear or stairstep interpolation method.

The following properties are available:

Source - Select Add Tags or Add Expression. For details on expressions, see Chart data with expressions. If you selected Add Tags, you can search for tags by name, by filter, or both.

To search by tag name, enter a value in the Search for tags field.

To apply filters, select
to view and select filters. Select
to accept your selected filters and return to the previous search panel.

To add a single tag, select it. To add multiple tags, check the box for each, then select Add Tags.

In the Settings tab:

Use shared tags - When this is enabled, this visual uses the same tags for its data source as all other visuals in the dashboard that have Use shared tags enabled. When the data source for one visual with Use shared tags enabled is updated, the data source for all other visuals in the dashboard with Use shared tags enabled is updated to match.

X-Axis - The tag to use for the X-axis.

Show lines between data points - Display lines between data points.

Show legend - Display the legend.
