Record shift events for a shift pattern

  • Last UpdatedFeb 06, 2025
  • 1 minute read

When a shift pattern that is in effect is initially saved and the locations to which the shift pattern is assigned have a time zone setting, equipment under the assigned location will have their shift information updated within 10 to 15 minutes of saving the shift pattern. The shift information is not back-dated to the start of the shift, so events prior to the initial shift record will not have the new shift information associated with the events.

If the locations to which the shift pattern are assigned do not have time zone settings, then shift data will not be recorded. If a time zone is specified for a location after a shift pattern that is in effect is saved, then shift information will be recorded within 10 to 15 minutes of specifying the time zone for the location.
