View utilization analysis data

The Utilization Analysis tab shows availability and downtime information about the equipment and production lines at the selected location and for the selected time period.

Note: Formats, such as the use of commas or periods in numbers, follow your browser's locale or language setting.

1. Availability chart

   • For equipment, the percentage that the piece of equipment was available in the selected time period.

   • For production lines, the utilization event data is the aggregate for all of the line's bottleneck equipment.

2. Total Downtime Occurrences chart

   • For equipment, the number of Downtime events for the piece of equipment in the selected time period.

   • For production lines, the Downtime event data is the aggregate for all of the line's bottleneck equipment.

3. Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) chart

   The average duration of all Downtime events for the piece of equipment in the selected time period. Production lines do not have an MTTR value.

4. Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) chart

   The mean time between utilization events that are considered failures (that is, Downtime events) for the piece of equipment in the selected time period. Production lines do not have an MTBF value.
