Share Industrial Graphics with all solutions

If you have multiple AVEVA Insight solutions and want to share Industrial Graphics with all of them, you must complete this section to provide access to users at the CONNECT account level. The users you provide access to can be different from AVEVA Insight users, and permission should be configured only for users who will be publishing graphics to the cloud.
Note: By default, no one has access. This step must be configured for all users you want to provide access to, including administrators.
When you add a user, they will receive an email invitation. All existing AVEVA Insight users already have an CONNECT account that uses the same credentials as their AVEVA Insight account. If they do not know their CONNECT credentials or if spam filtering filters out the invitation, instruct them to browse
to https://insight.connect.aveva.com/ or https://connect.aveva.com/, select 
and select Forgot password? to reset their password.
To add Integration Studio users and facilitate sharing at the account level

Type the email address of the user you want to add in the Username field.

Select AVEVA Integration Studio as the Service. This will allow users to access to AVEVA Integration Studio.

Select the account-level Folder. This is the folder where your AVEVA Insight subscription resides.

Invitees will receive an invitation to their email address and they must accept the invitation to activate their account.
Assigning roles to a group
The procedure in this section details permitting access on a user-by-user basis. If, however, you have many users to add, you can assign user roles to a group, rather than assigning a role to each individual user.
