Delete an instantiated alert

An administrator has the following:

• An asset type with at least one property defined.

• An Asset 1, Asset 2, and Asset 3 associated with the asset type.

• All assets have tags mapped to properties.

• A source alert configured and instantiated to Asset 2 and Asset 3.

An administrator then:

Attempts to delete the instantiated alert under Asset 2.

These conditions result in:

AVEVA Insight will return a message stating that instantiated alerts cannot be deleted.
