Obtain the necessary information from your Limble CMMS environment

Information from Limble CMMS required to configure an asset interface in AVEVA Insight

You need the following information from your Limble CMMS in order to configure an asset interface in AVEVA Insight:

  • Work Request Portal URL

  • Client ID and Client Secret

You must be a super user in Limble CMMS to view this information.

For detailed information, refer to the Limble CMMS documentation.

To find the work request portal URL

In Limble CMMS, from the main menu, select Setup Work Request, then copy the Work Request Portal URL you are using for the asset interface.

To find the Client ID and Client secret

In Limble CMMS, from the main menu, select Settings, then Configuration. In API Settings section, copy the Client ID and the Client Secret.

This information should be kept secure.

If the client secret needs to be refreshed later, you must update the new client secret manually in AVEVA Insight.
