Notify users when items are deleted

When an item is deleted, the Equipment Efficiency and OEE Analysis pages are not updated until the web page is refreshed. So users that are performing a task might receive a message indicating that an item cannot be found in the model.

For example:

A piece of equipment or its OEE calculation definition is deleted during a production run

If a user tries to perform a production-related task, a message will appear indicating that the equipment was not found in the model.

A utilization reason is deleted while a user is adding a new utilization event

If the user selects the deleted utilization reason, a message will appear indicating that the reason was not found in the model. The same behavior applies for deleted disposition reasons and OEE data properties.

To avoid this situation, you might want to delete efficiency model items when users are not using the system. If that is not possible, notify users that model items are being deleted.
