  2. Select the EquipmentBarChartIcon icon.

The Summary tab shows percentages for each OEE measure over the selected time period. Below these is a time chart that shows the percentages for the selected measure distributed across the time period.

For a piece of equipment, the Details tab lists sets of OEE data for the piece of equipment during the selected time period. For a production line, the Details tab lists sets of OEE data for all of the line's bottleneck and production source equipment.

Note: Formats, such as the use of commas or periods in numbers, follow your browser's locale or language setting.

    1. List of OEE data for given time periods

Each row represents a set of OEE data for a given time period. A new time period starts every hour, whenever a production run starts or ends, or whenever an OEE data property value changes.

Each event row includes the following standard columns: Start and End Time, the OEE measure's percentages, and Production Run.

For a production line, the following standard columns are included: Namespace and Name for the piece of equipment and the equipment Type (Bottleneck, Production Source, or Both).

      Embedded Image (65% Scaling) (LIVE)

Other columns are included based on the measure whose data is being displayed. If the equipment has shifts assigned, then there will be a Shift column with data. If OEE data properties are being used, they are appended to the data row.

Depending on the OEE KPI selected, each event row includes the following columns:

      • Availability: Runtime Duration, Downtime Duration, Idle Duration, Runtime Count, Downtime Count, Idle Count

      • Performance: Good Count, Waste Count, Rate Quantity, Rate UOM, Rate Time, Production Rate

      • Quality: Good Count, Waste Count

      • OEE: All of the above
