View asset instances associated with an asset type

You can view assets linked to an asset type on the Asset Instances tab of the asset type overview page.

Assets are presented in a list view that can be sorted by selecting a column name. From the Asset Instances tab, you can edit or delete assets in addition to creating alerts and analytics models that can be linked to the asset type. This page is also where you can map tags from your asset to properties defined in the asset type.

To access additional functionality, you can either:

• Toggle the checkbox next to an asset name, then select from the options that appear above the list

  

  Note: If selecting more than one asset, the only available option is Delete.

• Select the More Actions icon , then make a selection from the menu.
