Engineering Units API Resources

IMPORTANT: The Engineering Units API is in preview and is subject to change with each release.
AVEVA Insight offers Engineering Units API resources to programmatically retrieve and write Engineering Unit mappings from your solution.
Note the following while using these resources:

Unit mapping must be performed in AVEVA Insight first. For more information about unit mapping, see Map custom engineering units to the engineering units catalog.

The Engineering Units Catalog cannot be modified in AVEVA Insight on the cloud. However, any modifications to the catalog in the aaSMC of an on-premises Historian (version 2020 R2 or later) will be preserved when the database is replicated to the cloud.
