Access the Engineering Units administration page

To access the Engineering Units administration page

1. Launch AVEVA Insight.

2. Select Administration from the navigation rail.

3. Select Engineering Units.

   The Engineering Units page opens.

   

On the Engineering Units page, you can view all engineering units present in data uploaded to your AVEVA Insight solution on the Engineering Unit tab, as well as view the catalog of available engineering units in AVEVA Insight on the Engineering Unit Catalog tab. You can also search for an engineering unit with the Search Engineering Units button .

To delete a single unit or multiple units, select the check box next to the unit or units to delete, then select the trash icon .

Note: You can only delete a custom unit; system units cannot be deleted.

Custom engineering units can either be uploaded with a data set, or added manually from the Engineering Units page. For more information on manually adding a unit, see Add a custom unit through the Engineering Unit tab.
