Create and synchronize a source alert that uses a "global tag"

An administrator has the following:

• An asset type with at least one property defined.

• An Asset 1, Asset 2, and Asset 3 associated with the asset type.

• All assets have tags mapped to the asset type properties.

An administrator then:

Creates an alert under Asset 1 using a combination of tags mapped to properties under the asset type as well as an additional "global tag" not associated with any asset type definition.

These conditions result in:

• The source alert is created.

• Instantiated alerts are created for Asset 2 and Asset 3.

• The "global tag" is included in all instantiated alert definitions.
