Utilization Time Summary Chart

The Utilization Time Summary chart displays a pie chart that summarizes the utilization state types (default) or utilization states of the equipment asset that is associated with the chart for the selected time period. Each chart value indicates the percentage of the selected time period that the asset spent in that state type or state.

The following properties are available for the chart:

• Asset - Sets the piece of equipment to chart. To show data, the selected asset must be tracking equipment performance.

  You can search for assets by name, by filter, or both.

  • To search by asset name, enter a value in the Asset field.

  • To apply filters, select the Asset field, then select to view and select filters. Select to accept your selected filters and return to the previous search panel.

  • Select an asset from the search results to add it.

• Show legend - Toggles the visibility of legends for the chart. Selecting any item in the legend will either include or exclude it from the results.

• Summarize by - Summarizes the data in the chart by utilization state or utilization state type (Idle, Runtime, Downtime). If summarizing by utilization state, the user-defined colors for the equipment states are used in the pie chart.
