-
The line's utilization state type—Runtime, Downtime, or Idle—and the amount of time in that state type
The state type is determined by the utilization states of its bottleneck equipment.
-
If any of the bottleneck equipment is in a Running state, the line will be in a Running state.
-
If none of the bottleneck equipment are in a Running state but at least one is in a Downtime state type, the line will be in a Downtime state.
-
If all bottleneck equipment are in an Idle state, the production line will be in an Idle state.
The duration of the longest running utilization reason at all bottleneck equipment in the line. This represents a specific reason duration, not an aggregate of the line's state history.
