Search and filter records in the asset list

To quickly locate specific items in a list, you can search or filter records.

To search records

To search for records, enter a keyword to search for in the Search field located at the top of the list.

Results will include instances of the entered keyword appearing in the asset metadata fields.

To filter records

To filter records, select the filter icon to toggle the filter criteria.

Each criteria filters by either "contains" or "equals" operators. The operator accepted for a given search filter criteria is provided in the text entry field. Fields using an "equals" operator require an exact match between your entered value and the metadata for relevant records to be returned.

To clear a single filter, select the clear icon . To clear all filters, select Clear Filters.
