Equipment and production line list
To view the information for a piece of equipment or a production line, select its card in this list.
For information about working with the list, see Sort the equipment and production line list and Use equipment groups to focus on equipment and lines of interest.
-
Equipment and production line information
The location and current shift for the piece of equipment or production line.
For a piece of equipment, select the equipment name to navigate directly to its Asset page.
The shift time is in the local time of the piece of equipment or line. If a shift has not been assigned to the location for the current day and time, (not assigned) appears instead of the shift information.
-
Current equipment state of the selected equipment or line
The status color corresponds to the equipment state type.
You can add a new event by selecting the button.
-
Current production run status of the selected equipment or line
Production runs are either Started (active) or Completed.
Select the Start and Complete
buttons to start or complete a production run.
For equipment, the Production Run buttons and status appear if OEE calculations have been enabled for the selected piece of equipment and there is at least one production disposition reason defined in the efficiency model. Your administrator is responsible for enabling OEE calculations and adding production disposition reasons.
For production lines, the buttons always appear.
-
Equipment OEE KPI measures for the active or previous production run
These are the OEE KPI measures for:
-
The active production run if the Run (active run) time range is selected
-
The previous production run if the –Run (previous run) time range is selected
If the production run duration is more than a week, the measures for the last seven days of the production run are shown.
The measure indicator color indicates the measure status relative to the target value:
-
When the measure indicator is green, the actual value meets or exceeds the target value for that measure.
-
When the measure indicator is red, the actual value does not meet the target value for that measure.
For equipment, the OEE KPI measures appear if OEE calculations have been enabled for the selected piece of equipment and there is at least one production disposition reason defined in the efficiency model. Your administrator is responsible for enabling OEE calculations and adding production disposition reasons.
For production lines, the measures always appear.
Note: If a production run duration is more than a week, the data on which the OEE KPI measures are based will be shortened to the last 7 days.
