When efficiency data is refreshed

Time-sensitive data on the Equipment Efficiency page is refreshed according to the following conditions. Time-sensitive data includes the equipment state durations that appear on the tiles in the equipment list, all stoppage information, and event and KPI charts.

• Automatic refresh (every 30 seconds). All data on the page is refreshed.

• Adding, changing, merging, or splitting an event. All data is refreshed except the equipment tiles.

• Selecting a time range. All data is refreshed except the equipment tiles.

Exceptions to these conditions are:

• If a custom time range has been set

• If an event in the event timeline is selected.

In these cases, only the current equipment state and the last downtime event are refreshed.
