Configure a custom action for your Limble CMMS alerts

Custom actions allow you to define specific actions you want to occur when an alert state is met. For the Limble CMMS asset interface, you have to create a custom action for creating a work request in Limble CMMS. This custom action is then available to select when you create an alert for a Limble CMMS asset.

To configure a custom action for your Limble CMMS alerts

1. Select  Administration from the navigation rail, then select Alert Custom Actions.

2. On the Alert custom actions page, select , then select Limble CMMS from the menu.

   The Add Alert Custom Action dialog displays.

3. Type a Name for your action.

4. Optionally, type a Description of the action.

   

5. Select Save.

   When you create an alert for a Limble CMMS asset, the Limble CMMS custom action is available to use.
