View equipment and production line utilization and OEE analysis data

You can view equipment and production line utilization and OEE (overall equipment effectiveness) analysis data on the OEE Analysis page for the equipment and production lines in locations to which you have access.

Note: OEE Analysis pages have been optimized for systems using a mouse.

To navigate to the OEE Analysis page

• Select , and then select OEE Analysis.

Note: If you don't see OEE Analysis, equipment and equipment states have not been set up for your locations. Contact your administrator.

The analysis data is organized by the following tabs.

Utilization Analysis

This tab includes charts showing equipment availability, total downtime occurrences, and, for equipment only, mean time to repair (MTTR) and mean time between failure (MTBF). You can also drill-down by equipment or production line to see more detailed utilization data.

OEE Analysis

This tab includes the four OEE analysis charts: OEE, Availability, Performance, and Quality. This tab displays if any equipment at the selected location has OEE calculations enabled. Enabling OEE calculations for equipment is managed in the efficiency model by your administrator.
