Display Industrial Graphics

Industrial Graphics may display as “Empty Graphic” or “Not Found" when you do the following:

1. Delete a graphic and recreate a new graphic with the same name as deleted graphic, then rename the new-created graphic again.

2. Load graphics immediately in AVEVA Insight after uploading/updating graphics to the cloud from on-premises applications.

Wait for a few minutes after you upload or update a graphic.

If an error still occurs, try dragging the graphic from the AVEVA Insight Graphics Toolbox again.

The time custom property will display a different time zone in the graphic composer (UTC time) and properties panel (time from client machine which uploaded the graphic) after you drag it from the toolbox.

When you save your changes in the graphic composer, the values will be synced automatically.

SAL graphics are drawn outside the bounding rectangle.

The graphic will not get selected if it falls outside the bounding rectangle.

This is a known defect and will be addressed in future release.

The calendar control is not supported.

The Industrial Graphics workflow is not yet supported on AVEVA Insight mobile.
