Connect equipment to each other

You connect equipment to represent the flow of production through the line.

To connect one piece of equipment to another

1. Select the source equipment card.

2. Hover on or tap and hold the top right corner of the equipment card to display the More actions menu and select Connect.

   

   Equipment cards that are available as a destination are highlighted in blue. Also, the Connection panel appears. It contains instructions for completing the connection.

   

3. Select the destination equipment card.

   The two pieces of equipment are connected.

   

To cancel the connection while in Connect mode

• Select the canvas background or select another panel.

To reverse the direction of the connection

• Hover on or tap and hold the middle of the connector line to display its More actions menu and select Reverse Line flow.

  

To remove a connection

• On the connector line's More actions menu, select Disconnect.

  The connector line is removed
