Manage a production line's utilization state type

A production line's current utilization state type—Runtime, Downtime, or Idle—is indicated on its utilization state control.
A production line's utilization state type is determined by the utilization states of its bottleneck equipment.

If any of the bottleneck equipment is in a Running utilization state, the line will be in the Running state.

If none of the bottleneck equipment are in a Running utilization state but at least one is in a Downtime state, the line will be in the Downtime state.

If all bottleneck equipment are in an Idle utilization state, the production line will be in the Idle state.
