Troubleshoot your Event Hub/IoT Hub data source

If there is a delay in viewing your events/messages in AVEVA Insight from your Event Hub/IoT Hub, it is because events/messages are only processed every 5 minutes or when 5000 events/messages have been generated.
You can access upload history for your Event Hub/IoT Hub from the Data Sources page. If there are any issues with uploading, error information is available in the history. See View data source upload history.
