The following properties are available for the Production Summary Chart:
-
Asset - Sets the piece of equipment to chart. To show data, OEE calculations must be enabled for the selected asset and there must be at least one production disposition reason defined in the efficiency model.
You can search for assets by name, by filter, or both.
-
To search by asset name, enter a value in the Asset field.
-
To apply filters, select the Asset field, then select
to view and select filters. Select
to accept your selected filters and return to the previous search panel.
-
Select an asset from the search results to add it.
-
-
Use shared entity - This property is available if this visual is added to a dashboard. If this is enabled, the source is set to the shared entity used by the dashboard. For details, see Configure a dashboard to allow shared entity selection.
-
Disposition Reasons - Specifies which disposition reason categories to include in the chart. Select from:
-
Good
-
Waste
-
-
Number of Top Reasons - Sets the maximum number of disposition reasons to include in the chart, sorted by the most occurrences.
From the summary chart, users who have permission to create and edit production events can add, edit, and reclassify production for events that have occurred during the current or previous production run.
Note the following about performing any of these actions:
-
If there is a current production run, the unit of measure comes from the production run. Otherwise, the unit of measure is the one assigned to the piece of equipment.
-
The action date and time default to the current time or, if the chart's selected time period is past, to the end time of that time period.
-
The date and time must be within the selected time period of the chart data. It should also be within the time period of the current or previous production run. If the entered date and time is outside of the current or previous production run, the action will not fail but the event will not be associated with any production runs.
