Production line card information

Production line cards are shown in a slightly darker gray than equipment cards.

The card shows information about the production line.

1. Production run state

   Completed

   Running

   The run state is based on the production source and bottleneck equipment. If any of these equipment have an active production run, then the line state is running.

2. Utilization state type icon

   Runtime

   Idle

   Downtime

   The equipment state type is based on the bottleneck equipment in the line. If any of these equipment are running, then the state type is Running. If no bottlenecks are running and at least one is in a downtime state, then the state type is Downtime. If all bottlenecks are idle, then the state type is Idle.

3. The utilization state type (Runtime, Downtime, Idle)

4. The duration of the longest running utilization reason at all bottleneck equipment

   This represents a specific reason duration, not an aggregate of the line's state history.

Expand or Collapse a Production Line Card

You can select the expand icon on the production line card to see a list of the equipment that is a member of the line.

Other Production Line Card Behavior

Production line behavior in the list is the same as for a single piece of equipment:

• Production lines are sorted by name and utilization state type along with other equipment.

• Production lines can be members of equipment groups like other equipment. When an equipment group that includes a production line is selected, the equipment members of the line can be listed by expanding the line.
