Accept a Pending asset type library model

When an asset type library model is first imported into AVEVA Insight, it has a Pending status. Before you can begin working with an asset type library model, you must accept it, or accept a revision of it.

To accept an asset type library model

You can accept a Pending asset type library model in three ways:

1. Select the asset type library model row, then select the Accept icon .

   

   The asset type library model is accepted. If there are multiple revisions, the most recent revision is accepted, and the asset type library model's status changes to Accepted.

2. You can also hover over the status chip.

   • If there are no revisions, Accept displays.

     

     Select Accept, and the asset type library model status is changed to Accepted.

   • If there are revisions, the number of revisions displays.

     

     If you want to accept the latest revision, select the status chip. Accept displays.

     

     Select Accept. The last revision is accepted, and the status changes to Accepted.

3. If you want to view all the revisions, select the asset type library model row to expand it.

   

   1. Select the status chip of the revision you want.

   2. Select Accept.

      If you select the last revision, the status changes to Accepted.

      If you select any revision other than the last one, the status is changed to Revised.
