Check your connection to AVEVA Insight

Before configuring AVEVA Insight, make sure that data can flow from your data sources to AVEVA Insight on the cloud.

  1. For all networks hosting machines or devices intended for use with AVEVA Insight, open a web browser and navigate to https://online.wonderware.com/.

  2. Select Sign In.

If either of the above steps fail, you might need to modify your proxy configuration. For more information, see Deploy Publisher.

Connection issues can also be caused when a product that you publish data from uses an obsolete version of SSL or TLS. For a list of affected products and steps to force applications to use TLS 1.2, see Tech Note TA419 on the Global Customer Support site.
