Reason groups and reasons

Reasons can be organized by groups and subgroups. Navigating reason groups and selecting a reason are the same whether you are adding, editing, or splitting a utilization event.

  • Groups that have subgroups are indicated by the > icon to the right of the group name.

  • The Popular reason group is a special group that includes the top 8 reasons for the last 100 events.

  • Any reasons that are not assigned to a group are at the top level of the hierarchy. The top level of the hierarchy is indicated by the help message Select a reason group to view its reasons.

  • The initial view of the reason groups and reasons list the reason groups and, below that, any reasons not assigned to a group.

To show the reasons in a group

  • Select the group.

  • Select the group.

    If the selected reason group has only subgroups in it but no reasons, the message No reasons available appears.

To go back to the previous level of the group hierarchy

  • Select The Back icon.
