Suspend or reactivate alerts

The alerts you can view and edit depend on your user type. See Work with alerts for details.
From the Alerts list, you can suspend active alerts. Suspended alerts can then be reactivated.
To suspend alerts

Do one of the following:

Select the actions icon
for the alert, and then select Suspend.

Select multiple alerts, and then on the header select the suspend icon
.

On the confirmation message, select Suspend.
The status for the selected alerts change to suspended.
To reactivate suspended alerts

Do one of the following:

Select the actions icon
for the alert, and then select Activate.

Select multiple alerts, and then on the header select the activate icon
.

On the confirmation message, select Activate.
The status for the selected alerts change to active.
