Define the actions you want to occur when the alert is triggered.
To define alert actions
-
From the Alert Actions page, turn on the actions that you want to occur when the alert conditions are met. Any custom actions you created, such as ones from Logic App or Limble CMMS, are listed.

-
For the Send Notification action, you're added as a recipient. You can remove yourself from the list and add additional recipients. To add new recipients, select New email address, then enter an email address or select one from the list.
Note For recipients to receive an email about the alert, they must enable the Send Alerts to My Email Address option from their account details.
-
To configure parameters for the action, select
to expand the action.
Optional parameters - Enter any optional parameters as specified.
No more than every - Specify the minimum amount of time, in seconds, between notifications. The default value is 60, meaning notifications will be sent no less than 60 seconds apart.
After the system receives sufficient data, and the alert condition is met, an initial notification is sent. Subsequent notifications are not sent until the configured duration has elapsed.
For example, you set No more often than to 1800 seconds (30 minutes). If there is data coming in, the condition is checked again 30 minutes after the initial notification, and if met, another notification is sent.
Ensure that the value is appropriate for your alert condition. For example, if a condition can remain true for 10 hours, you should increase the time between notifications.
Note Users can create a maximum of 10,000 alerts per solution.

When the conditions are - Select from the following options:
ALWAYS: Perform the action at the frequency specified in the No more often than every field.
TRUE: Perform the action only if the conditions are met.
FALSE: Perform the action only if the conditions are not met.
CHANGES TO TRUE: Perform the action if the conditions haven't been met, then are met.
CHANGES TO FALSE: Perform the action if the conditions have been met, then aren't met.
-
After you add all the actions for the alert, do one of the following:
-
Select Next or Prescriptive Actions to go to the Prescriptive Actions step.
-
Select Consequences of Failure to skip the Prescriptive Actions step.
