Monitor efficiency for assets that are tracking equipment performance

If an asset is tracking equipment performance or is a location that includes assets that are, its Asset Page has an Efficiency tab. The charts that appear depend on whether the asset is tracking equipment performance or is a location.

The time range for the data is always the last 12 hours.

The Asset Is Tracking Equipment Performance

If the asset is tracking equipment performance, it includes the following charts:

• Availability KPI gauge

• If OEE is enabled for the asset, OEE, Performance, and Quality KPI gauges

• Utilization event timeline

• Top utilization reasons by count and duration (up to the top 10)

  

Location Includes Assets That Are Tracking Equipment Performance

If the asset is a location that includes other assets that are tracking equipment performance directly below it, the tab includes the following charts:

• Availability KPI gauge that shows the aggregate availability of those assets

• If OEE is enabled for any of the assets, OEE KPI gauge that shows the aggregate OEE for those assets

• A utilization event timeline for up to five of the assets

  

If the asset is a location that doesn't includes other assets that are tracking equipment performance directly below it but does include locations that do, the aggregate Availability KPI gauge is shown. If OEE is enabled for any of the the assets, the aggregate OEE KPI gauge is also shown.
