Accept a new revision of an asset type library model

If an asset type library model has a status of Revised, it means there have been additional revisions made since the last accepted revision.

To accept a new revision of an asset type library model

1. You can select the Pending chip and select Accept to accept the most recent revision. The asset type library model's status changes to Accepted.

2. If you want to view the list of revisions, select the asset type library model row.

   All the revisions display.

3. Select the Pending chip beside the revision you want to accept.

   If the revision you select is the most recent revision, the asset type library model’s status changes to Accepted.

   If the revision you select is not the most recent revision, the asset type library model’s status remains Revised.

   Only revisions made after the revision you selected will still be available. For example, if there were four new revisions and you accepted the third revision, the fourth revision would still be available, but the first two would no longer be available.
